I found a very interesting article written by a popular blogger named Saphrym. In his Losing Weight Costs Money post he looked at many aspects of losing weight and provided the reasons for why you do not need to spend any money when you are on your way to losing weight.

The article is very well written and informative. I will need to lose some weight soon and found the information in it quite valuable. Read it to learn how whether you should buy expensive supplements, exercise equipment, gym memberships, expensive food, and spend a lot of time on exercise and diet.
