Getting your site ranked well is not an easy task. For your site to be able to compete with other sites and rank high for certain keywords, it has to have lots of quality back links. How to find the sites where you can leave a comment thus generating a back link to your site?
What one needs to remember is that not all sites are good for generating back links. Why? Because many of them use the “nofollow” tag that does not give any value to the link. So, this means that not only you have to generate links, you also have to make sure that those links do not have the “nofollow” attribute.
The following are five pages you can use to find high PR pages that do not have the “nofollow” attribute.
PR0-PR2, PR3, PR4, PR5, and PR6
I hope you will be able to find some relevant pages and create some good back links to your sites.

I have a strong feeling that links from comments are heavily discounted, get the same feeling ?
They should be.
I agree, but it still helps. The trick is to accumulate the large amount of back links from high PR pages. This would certainly increase the value of the pages in eyes of the search engines.
That is a dang cool google trick!! I had no idea you could search by pagerank. How did you discover that?

I have a long list of such blogs and I am wondering that if i should publish Google custom search engine for others to find related blogs in that? How much bandwidth I should expect to be eaten? Anyways, thanks for sharing resources in your post.
